1. For change of mind, the customer must initiate the returns process within 7 days of delivery. Return postage cost is covered by the customer. Refund will be provided when the artist receives the painting in its original condition. Please ensure you package the painting as it was delivered to you.
2. If a painting arrives damaged, make contact as soon as possible via the website contact form. Please have photos of the damage ready.
3. If a painting or frame is damaged by the customer, a refund will not be provided.
The artist handcrafts her own floating frames. Not only does this allow the frame to perfectly complement the painting but also ensures high quality and a lower cost for the customer.
The frame is created using Tasmanian Oak mouldings. The wood is stained with a colour that best complements the individual painting. Visit the Framing tab to view examples of frames.
It is ready to hang with wire and wall protectors.
